Stephan Micus (born January 19, 1953) is a German classical and world musician and composer whose musical style is heavily influenced by his study of traditional instruments and musical techniques from Japan, India, South America, and other countries around the world. With the exception of his album ''The Music of Stones'' (1989), he plays all of the instruments on his recordings, combining styles from different countries and using the instruments in unprecedented ways in each of his pieces. He often uses layers of a single instrument to create unusual combinations of sounds. He is also one of the only ECM Records artists whose records are ''not'' produced by Manfred Eicher. He often sings in a made-up language. ==Discography== * ''Archaic Concerts'' (Caroline, 1976) * ''Implosions'' (Japo, 1977) * ''Koan'' (Japo, 1977) * ''Behind Eleven Deserts'' (Wind, 1978) * ''Till the End of Time'' (Japo, 1978) * ''Wings over Water'' (Japo, 1981) * ''Listen to the Rain'' (Japo, 1983) * ''East of the Night'' (Japo, 1985) * ''Ocean'' (ECM, 1986) * ''Twilight Fields'' (ECM, 1987) * ''The Music of Stones'' (ECM, 1989) * ''Darkness and Light'' (ECM, 1990) * ''To the Evening Child'' (ECM, 1992) * ''Athos'' (ECM, 1994) * ''The Garden of Mirrors'' (ECM, 1997) * ''Desert Poems'' (ECM, 2001) * ''Towards the Wind'' (ECM, 2002) * ''Life'' (ECM, 2004) * ''On the Wing'' (ECM, 2006) * ''Snow'' (ECM, 2008) * ''Bold as Light'' (ECM, 2010) * ''Panagia'' (ECM, 2013) * ''Nomad Songs'' (ECM, 2015) 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Stephan Micus」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
